Return and Exchange Policy

Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days after receiving the shipment (receving date is base on acknowledgement of receipt). A return email notification should be sent to Verve within 7 days. We may not accept a request for return or exchange if Customers contact us after the 7 day period is over. Merchandise should be returned only upon prior inquiry and approval by Verve.

Returns and Exchange Conditions:
1. Return and Exchange Allowed with Shipping Fee Reimbursement
Where returns and exchange are made due to circumstances arising with Verve:
(1) The merchandise is different from which you have ordered.
(2) The merchandise is defective.
(3) The merchandise is damaged.

(4) Exchange made where the price difference has incurred, customer should pay for the difference.

2. Return and Exchange Allowed without Shipping Fee Reimbursement
(1) Returns in the case where customers do not like the color/style or size of the order item, the customer is responsible for shipping costs (if any).

(2) Exchange made where the price difference has incurred, customer should pay for the difference.

3. Return and Exchange NOT Allowed in the Following Conditions:
(1) Customer has not informed Verve the returns/exchanges within 7 days after the receipt of merchandise.
(2) Merchandise which the size has been altered or the item has been dry cleaned.
(3) Merchandise that was damaged or was dirtied by the customer (Including any cosmetic mark, fragrance and/or smell)
(4) Merchandise where the tag has been removed.
(5) The original shape of the merchandise has been changed. (e.g.: stretched neck line or cuffs etc.)
(6) Sales Item

Contact Verve for Return or Exchange
Please contact Verve by email within 7 days after receiving the shipment (receving date is base on acknowledgement of receipt) with the following inforamtion.

a. Your name
b. Your contact number
c. Order item number, size and color.
d. Order number
e. Please specify the reason of return or exchange.


Then email this information to service@vervevogue.com.sg. The letter should be attached with the return item.

* Please note that Verve will not accept any returned merchandise without prior email notification.
